Under the article 21 of the The Kaesong Industrial Complex Act of the DPRK Corporation Law, KIDMAC practically runs the Kaesong Industrial Complex through the conference with DPR Korea Central Special Zone General Bureau.The history of KIC development plan is concluded on August, 2000, the agreement on the Construction and Operation of the Keasong Industrial Complex between Hyundai Asan Corporation and APPC, NECF of DPR Korea.
